I never write reviews but if I could rate this place 0 stars I would. To start they are quick to tow your car with barely any parking for guest to begin with. Be ready for random “water shut offs” and “move your car or be towed” last minute repaint of the parking lot going door to door early morning and if you don’t answer well your towed. They do half azed remodeling and repairs and if you are even a day late utility fees become very expensive with no partial payment or budget plan available. More money consistent and nagging but won’t attend to the BIG roach problem here. At first my unit was cool I keep it very clean I can’t be dirty and once they randomly moved people out roaches started moving up. I’ve seen plenty of them all over the wall and especially in the restroom, if I could leave and not be homeless I would. Please take this information and just consider elsewhere. I would attach all pictures of roaches but it’s become too many to even attach. They’re full grown and ready to mate. This place should be fogged with roach spray

I went awhile back looking for studio options for my niece who was moving from Florida and I loved what I saw! They are very up to date and the property is very nice! The property manager Gerald was super friendly and knowledgeable!
I recently moved in and needed a bunch of little things fixed and the maintenance team was responsive & worked very quickly to fix them. I felt like a pest but they were so kind and communicative.
At the start I loved this place. Then I realized how much of a horror show it is. They claim to have security but they don’t, there’s no cameras which should be added due to the amount of homeless people there. The gate is always open so have fun seeing all the homeless people digging in the trash. AND THE MAIN reason why this place sucks: they always turn off the water! My 1 year living there and no joke I received 15 emails saying they will maintenance the water/sewer. So if you want to deal with rude management, barely any amenities (they promised a pool but was under maintenance the whole lease), and no safety then Archer is the place for you.
If you’re looking for a new home, apply to The Archer Apartments! They are such a wonderful community! Wendy in the leasing office was very friendly and welcomed me with a big smile! She is great! Everyone she introduced me to in the office was so nice! It made me feel at home! I’ll be moving in in a couple of days! I am extremely excited!
